You know your strengths and you’re honest about your limitations

It’s okay if you’re unfamiliar with aspects of the role. Identify where you see your strengths and areas where you’re eager to learn more. In this role there’s room to build your professional skill set.  

You have strong communication skills

You have strong writing skills that can be put towards grant writing. You’re comfortable with being the main point of contact. Working closely with and guiding a team, all while keeping the board of directors informed. You’re eager  to work with community members and organizations to deliver relevant programming throughout the year.

You’re organized

You enjoy process and planning ahead and enjoy working out the fine details. You make space for the unexpected.

You’re always up for a challenge

You enjoy variety and thrive in a busy work environment. You enjoy learning new things and working through challenges.
