We’re in full countdown mode.
We welcome all of you to join us at Daniels Spectrum on Thursday (October 22) for our Annual Fundraising Screening. A fun cocktail reception and film screening awaits you. Lena MacDonald’s Mom and Me is a dark and triumphant film about the dynamics of mother/daughter relationships.
Our Annual Fundraising Screening is our only paid-event. All other programming we offer is free-of-charge to the public. We are proud to provide access, training and resources to people within Toronto’s most marginalized communities.
At Regent Park Film Festival, we are focused on providing media training that is accessible and beneficial to our community.
At this year’s festival we are excited to present three incredible workshops: Intergenerational Filmmaking (facilitated by Trinity Square Video), Speakers Corner (with Babel Collective), and Digital Activism (in partnership with York University).
Our Emerging Directors’ Spotlight & Pitch, showcases the work of filmmakers, aged 26 and under, and gives them a platform to share their talents with industry experts and the community.
At Regent Park Film Festival we take an arts-for-all approach to our program planning and wish to do so for many more years to come. Your support will make that possible.
