3) What are some of the challenges of this role?
No day is like the one that preceded it. You have to be okay with rapid change, long days, and be able to handle various challenges when they arise. Whether it’s event planning or managing different relationships and different kinds of people, you have to be adaptable. It’s also incredibly important to remain organized.
