The Regent Park Project – Call for Artists!

September 29, 2016 by Regent Park Film Festival

The Regent Park Project is back and looking for artists!

Our New Sessions starts October 24th 2016 !

The Regent Park Project is a film making initiative happening in collaboration with community members from Regent Park and beyond. They are currently accepting applications for the 2016/2017 program. There are a few spaces left for actors aged 15-25.

What is the Regent Park Project?

A Kick Start Arts initiative hosted by the Regent Park Film Festival.

A multi-disciplinary project incorporating writing, film and theatre in a collective creation process with professional artists, and youth from Regent Park and beyond. Taking place over time, this initiative empowers participants with opportunities to develop their acting, writing and film-making skills through free hands-on sessions – sharing their stories and experiences in ways that are meaningful to them. We  have developed a web-series as part of this initiative. More information here.
